We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

Our Birmingham office is looking for the right candidate to join their team. The primary focus of the role will be to develop new business opportunities within the market as well as maintaining and developing relationships with our current customers.

The role requires:

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities for the sales pipeline
  • Developing a thorough understanding of our group services to enable effective cross selling
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with current customers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Achieving financial targets set by the business
  • A dynamic and driven individual who thrives in a targeted new business environment
  • Committed, self-motivated, energetic, and confident with a positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work on own intiative as well as part of an established team.

This is a field-based full-time position Monday to Friday.
