PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

FOOD & DRINK EXPO 2023

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

The prize draw is being run by Uniexpress Limited (Uniexpress).

 

Eligibility to enter

 

  • The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age, attending or exhibiting at the Food & Drink Expo 2023 at the NEC, with the following exceptions: a) Uniexpress employees, their families and friends b) employees and related persons of companies which compete with Uniexpress.
  • In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  • A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
  • The prize draw is free to enter.

 

How to enter

 

  • The prize draw opens at the Food & Drink Expo at 10am on 24/04/23 and closes at 4pm on 25/04/23. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
  • To enter the prize draw simply subscribe to the Uniexpress mailing list on www.uniexpress.co.uk, provide a business card on stand H279, or provide your details via a data scanner.
  • Uniexpress will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate or for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit.

 

The prize

 

  • The prize is one white 12V 4WD Ride On Big Rig Kids Electric Container Lorry.
  • Uniexpress’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
  • The winner will be drawn at random.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  • The prize winner must take away the prize on Wednesday 26th April 2023.
  • The decision of Uniexpress regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

 

Winner announcement

 

  • The winner will be notified via phone or email by 5pm on Tuesday 25th April 2023 via the details provided on their prize draw entry.
  • Uniexpress will attempt to contact the winner up to two times.
  • If the winner does not respond to the calls/emails notifying them of their win within 15 minutes of the second contact, they will lose their right to the prize, and Uniexpress reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

 

Data protection and publicity

 

  • You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Uniexpress for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Notice.
  • All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at bradford@uniexpress.co.uk.
  • The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested via Uniexpress.
  • The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name, place of work and photograph in any media.
  • All personal information shall be used in accordance with the Uniexpress Privacy Notice.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

  • Uniexpress does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Uniexpress does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
  • Uniexpress does not provide any form of practical or technical support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

 

General

 

  • Uniexpress reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  • The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
